Your LinkedIn profile and your resume should be results focused. Instead of saying you’re motivated, show how your motivation brings results. Instead of saying you’re results-oriented, give specifics on results you’ve generated. Every one of these words can be replaced with a success story or achievement that demonstrates rather than hints at your abilities.
